What was the highlight of L'Opera Hotel Sáo Paulo
Ok for a night or two but some minor niggles
Nice triple room, staff friendly, breakfast very good. Overall a good place to stay for a couple of nights but some negatives as below.
Not enough plug sockets, just one outside the bathroom. Hotel very very slow to respond to query despite messaging through booking.com or emailing direct. Aircon unit at knee height directly next to one bed.

Very clean, good location which felt safe and the staff were very friendly. The shower was very good and powerful.
